A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and your stylist.

Need to change your plans?

Please allow at least 48 hours for cancellation or rescheduling.

Allergies & sensitivities

Your comfort matters to us. Please tell your stylist about any known allergies, sensitivities, or previous reactions before your service. Individual responses to hair color, lighteners, treatments, and other chemical services can vary.

Contact us before your appointment to discuss any concerns and arrange a patch test when appropriate. We follow professional product and manufacturer guidance for your service.

Children in the salon

Children are welcome when they are receiving a service. To help maintain a comfortable, safe environment for all guests, please arrange childcare for children who are not booked for an appointment. Children receiving a service must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
